Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery Area

We currently deliver only within Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We're currently delivering across Bengaluru and look forward to serving more locations as Taru Farms grows.

Delivery Charges

We offer completely free delivery on all orders that meet or exceed our minimum combo bundle value thresholds within our active delivery area.
For individual items or smaller value orders that fall below this threshold, a flat delivery fee will be automatically calculated and applied at the checkout screen.
There are no hidden or additional fees beyond what is clearly displayed on your final order checkout screen within Bengaluru.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 10:00 PM will be processed and delivered on the next day.
Orders received after 10:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.

Delivery Timelines

While we make every effort to deliver orders as promised, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If any significant delay occurs, we will keep you informed through WhatsApp.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp. Our team may contact you if any clarification is required before dispatch.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled or modified within a maximum window of 2 hours from the time of booking, or before 10:00 PM on the day of order placement (whichever occurs first).
Because our artisanal products are freshly dry-roasted in custom nightly batches based strictly on confirmed orders, cancellations or modifications cannot be accepted once our nightly production preparation cycle begins.

Returns

Due to the perishable food safety nature of our artisanal snack items, physical product returns are strictly not accepted once an order has been delivered.
Replacement or resolution will only be evaluated under the sole discretion of Taru Farms in the following situations :
->The wrong item variant or product mix was delivered.
->The item packaging was received in a physically damaged condition.
->There is a genuine, verified quality concern confirmed by our team.

Refunds & Replacements

After reviewing your concern, Taru Farms may, at its sole discretion:
->Replace the product, or
->Issue a full or partial refund.
The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue.

Reporting an Issue

To help us resolve your concern quickly, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Where applicable, kindly share:
->Clear photographs of the product.
->Photographs of the packaging.
->A brief description of the issue.
This helps us investigate and improve our products and service.

Accepted Payment Methods

At present, Taru Farms accepts prepaid orders only.
We currently accept payments through:

Additional payment options may be introduced as our services expand.

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after the payment has been successfully received.
Once your payment is verified, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp.

Payment Security

We do not collect or store your UPI PIN, bank account credentials, or other confidential payment information.
Payments are processed through secure UPI applications approved by your payment provider.

Pricing

All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
However, any confirmed order will be billed at the price agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Payment Issues

If you experience any difficulty while making a payment or if your payment is successful but your order is not confirmed, please contact us through WhatsApp or email. Our team will be happy to assist you.

->Use a clean and dry spoon when handling the product.

Shelf Life

Please refer to the label on your product for the Best Before date.
For the best flavour and texture, we recommend consuming the product soon after opening.

As our products are prepared using natural ingredients:

->These natural variations do not affect the quality or safety of the product.

Allergens

Food Safety

If you receive a product that appears damaged, tampered with, or not in good condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs via WhatsApp.
